Remember that life-size Vault Boy statue that was present at E3 and some events where Fallout 4 was presented? Well, you now have a way to take that Vault Boy home. All you have to do is attend the Armageddon Expo in Auckland that runs from 23 Oct until 26 Oct. And oh, you also need to take a selfie of your Fallout-themed cosplay and share it, because you will need to compete with others for the Vault Boy. Oh yeah, that boy ain’t easy.
Luck rounds up Bethesda’s series of silly, educational videos. This one reminds of a centuries-old lesson that with luck by your side, anyone can go a long way. Although this attribute doesn’t give much objective effect when it comes to points, it can nonetheless help a wastelander when caught up in a sticky situation.
20 Oct 2015: Should You Be Excited For Fallout 4?
Our answer is Yes. Borrowing the words of Godd, erase that, Todd Howard, Fallout 4 is their “most ambitious and detailed game world” yet. I think the only people who will say No to this are those who have had a bad experience of previous Fallout installments, or those who have a passionate dislike of RPGs.
19 Oct 2015: The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition Is Back in Stock
Oh yes, you read that right. The once gone Pip-Boy Edition is back again, as Bethesda has restocked. Only two conditions though: only 2 Pip-Boy Editions per customer, and they only ship to the Continental U.S.
Remember the dismal performance of Skyrim and Fallout 3 on the PS3? Well, many are still traumatized by that and are quite afraid that history shall repeat itself with Fallout 4 on PS4. But according to a Twitter response from Pete Hines, there is nothing to be worried about.
@Mathew_J_Cooke solid 30 FPS. I play it all the time. I think you’ll be pleased.
— Pete Hines (@DCDeacon) October 14, 2015
Wait, what? Does this mean there is actually nothing on the DVD? Not really. According to Pete Hines, players can install the game from the DVD but will have to play the rest of the game by downloading from Steam afterwards, as not everything was placed in the disc.
16 Oct 2015: Check Out The Fallout 4 Live Action Trailer
Real actors on a real world. This is level 999,999 on the hype scale! Nothing much to be said about this trailer but for you to see it for yourself. Let’s see if you too don’t end up crying from its raw beauty.
