Parsons State Insane Asylum: In the administration area, on Jack Cabot’s desk inside his office next to an elevator.
Agility – Agility +1
Wreck of the FMS Northern Star: On the very edge of the bow of the ship, on a rickety wooden platform past the deck huts.
Intelligence – Intelligence +1
Boston Public Library: On the northwest corner of the Library, in the mechanical room, on the computer bank.
Luck – Luck +1
Spectacle Island: On the green boat moored south of the island, in a locker by the steamer trunk.

Pickman Gallery: In the last tunnel chamber where you met Pickman, on the ground between the brick pillars.

Vault 81: On the southeast corner of the Secret Vault 81 inside Curie’s office.
Melee – +25% critical damage with melee weapons
Trinity Tower: Top of Trinity Tower, in a cage where Rex and Strong are being held.
Repair – Fusion Cores last 10% longer
Corvega Assembly Plant: On the southwest rook section of plant building, at the very end of the top exterior gantry.
Science – 1 extra guess while hacking terminals
Malden Middle School (Vault 75): Inside the vault building, basement level 3. On the desk overlooking the subterranean Diner area.
Small Guns – +25% damage critical damage with ballistic guns
Gunners Plaza: On the broadcast desk in the on-air room, ground floor, west side of the building.
Sneak – 10% harder to detect
Dunwich Borers: On a small metal table by a lantern, right next to the metal post terminal for area #4.
